My common sense suggests me that these oppressive acts are contrary to commonly accepted morality, and may/will result in more bombs and IED's on the roadside.

I really don't know where to start. As some of you may (should) know,back in October, an intellectually constipated, hate-spreading, islamophobic danish newspaper printed some blasphemous and extremely insulting (subxaanak) caricatures of prophet Mohammed (PBUH). Result: some demonstrations here and there, some vague condemning by the EU Commission.End of story.
Now, months later, it seems that Saudi-Arabia decided to boycott Danish products, and has withdrawn its ambassador from Denmark.
BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVO. Any muslim countries following up?. DHISKASTIN.

With the on-going instability in Iraq, everyone aiding/fighting a war with a sinister agenda and no international legitimacy, should have a fairly good reason for looking over his shoulder, once or twice.
I firmly believe that this war is bound to evoke widespread resistance, but sadly, the loooooong list of the victims in Iraq, now contains 2 more somalis.

This web site presents a method that demonstrates the conscious-unconscious divergences much more convincingly than has been possible with previous methods. This new method is called the Implicit Association Test, or IAT for short.
Take the Implicit Association Test (IAT) at Harvard
Its all about associating individuals or concepts with a particular attribute, often subconsciously.
Example: If you take the 'Presidential Popularity' IAT, and you are given two labels saying:
"George W. Bush, incompetence" and "Ronald Reagan, incompetence"
you'll end up having a strong preference for the late president, without getting political.
The Race test (Black - White' IAT )
You get two opposite concepts on either side of the screen, like "Black and beautiful" and "White and beautiful", and the idea is because of one's automatic preference, one of these pairs of concepts are strongly associated (first one, of course#1), and you implicitly respond faster as a result. But to get a conclusive result, you need to respond fast, no need for thinking here (!).
Based on your response times, you get either of these:
- Little or no preference
- slight preference
- moderate preference
- strong preference
and while you are preparing for the test, this picture should have you laughing..
